Policies to Help Provide the Best Customer Experience
Our policies are a result of years of experience with visitors from all over the world. Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
Cancellations
Due to our intimate size and location, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to arrival date or you are obligated for full charge of reservation.
Reservations and payments
Reservations are held only with a Visa or MasterCard, payment at time of arrival preferred by CASH or CHECK for final payment.
Smoking policy
Smoking outdoors only. It is against Wisconsin State Law to smoke indoors at this facility.
We agree with and enforce this law.
Check-in
We prefer you tell us exactly when you will be arriving so we don't miss you, as we are often off property working with customers on the river. We will meet you at the lodge when you tell us you'll be there. Please confirm your arrival time via phone at: 1-877-504-9705.
Check-out time | 11:00 A.M.
If you need an extension just check with us to see what the new arrivals schedule is for that day.
Children
Children ARE ONLY Welcome WITH WELL BEHAVED PARENTS, include total # when booking. Children under 3 years old stay free. (unattended children will be given a double shot of espresso & a free guinea pig).
Pets
Pets are welcome to be kenneled outside with their own travel kennel. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, under control and quiet. Pets must be cleaned up after. They may play in the yard, river, & deck.
Pets are not allowed to enter the main lodge building where the guests stay.
Note: Pets may also be kenneled overnight just down the road at:
Hill Top Groomer Kennel
Rates:
B&B RATE includes a CONTINENTAL breakfast. Full breakfast is $15 per person and must be ordered at time of reservation.
CABIN RATE does not include any meals, but does include use of the fully furnished kitchen. All prices are subject to change and are based on a per night rate.
FLY FISHING LODGE RATE includes 3 meals a day plus fly fishing guides for a half or full week.
*Gratuity is not included in rates.

We do enforce a $100 late fee if you are not at the bridge takeout point when you've asked us to pick you up at YOUR chosen time. Please be on time. Payment for damaged or lost gear is required.
Alcohol & drugs are NOT ACCEPTABLE on our kayak trips. Do not bring them. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
