The streams are back to normal after last weeks flooding. They are perfectly fishable for the remainder of the Trout season!!! Stop in to my fly shop to get your stream supplies. The “Closing Ceremonies” fly shop sale began on Saturday night at the Northern Driftless Area Season End 2010 Gala, and continues through the end of October!  Come in and find lots of GREAT DEALS! Incidentally, the paintings of Sporting Artist Bob White will be displayed in the NEW Kinnickinnic Gallery until the end of October! The gallery is open during fly shop hours or by appointment. It’s time to get some good paintings in your office, stop in and see your options!

Mid-Summer Brown on a Trico

The Kinnickinnic is in wonderful midsummer form and a pleasure to negotiate.  Fishing was fantastic all day, beginning with an early morning Tricco hatch.  Kinni Creek Lodge & Outfitters made the experience effortless which only added to my enjoyment.  Thanks Paige.

Fly Fishing the Kinni
