"My fly-fishing and guiding take me all over the Upper Midwest but I will always be a St. Croix Valley boy! Growing up in Hudson, WI and fly-fishing for everything that swims for the past 26 seasons has given me a true understanding of the area around Kinni Creek. I will help you realize your fly fishing adventures no matter if your are hoping to catch your first wild trout or are ready to tackle the mighty musky. I fly fish twelve months a year and specialize in custom packages for the adventurous angler as well as in teaching the skills of the sport of fly-fishing. Brush up on your casting, build a custom fly rod or learn to tie today's cutting-edge fly patterns for our challenging Midwest waters. I will help you find your place in the sport."

My guiding rates start at $150.00 for a half day (4-5 hours onstream) walk-in trip for one angler and go up from there. I offer both walk-in and float trips on all waters surrounding the Kinni Creek area. Casting, fly tying and rod building skills are taught at a rate of $50/hr for the first hour and $25/hr there after for one angler. Additional anglers add $10/hr each. I operate a ClackaCraft drift boat on big rivers like the St. Croix, Chippewa, Namekagon, Flambeau and can accommodate groups up to four for float trips ranging from 6 hours to six days. Float trips are full day only and are $375.00/day per boat (up to two anglers)."

I provide all fly fishing tackle including; top quality fly rod/reel/line, leader/tippet/flies and hip boots. I encourage anglers to bring their own gear if available and also have access to rain gear, breathable waders, polarized glasses and just about any other gear for a small rental fee."

Full day packages include healthy beverages, snacks and a full shore lunch. A digital photo album is available for each adventure. All trips begin and end at the discretion of the guide and a 100% satisfying experience is guaranteed. I look forward to fishing with you. See you on the water."
