"I've been guiding trout fishermen, teaching casting, and fly tying for over 19 years. I taught Biology for 23 years and have fished, hunted, and been an outdoorsman all my life. Guiding allows me to combine my outdoor knowledge, communication skills, and patient teaching style to help people learn to fly fish."

Most of my guiding is on the Kinnikinnic and Rush rivers. I fish these two rivers weekly and keep in touch with water conditions and insect hatches. I can usually find alternate locations in times of bad weather and unsuitable water conditions."

All of my trips are customized to suit the skill level and interests of my clients. I guide absolute beginners, those with some experience, and expert fishermen who just want to fish. With advance notice I can provide top quality equipment for individuals and small groups. I also provide a picnic lunch on full day trips."
