	15-20 max. capacity $15 per hour facility rental fee breakfast $8 per person lunch $10 per person coffee/snacks $5 per person

***Guest use of Ice House is complimentary during normal check in times of 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. additional hours for early check-in's or late check out's are charged at $15.00 per hour for the facility use.

Day use of the meeting space for non-overnight guests is also welcome and available by reservation.
